The end is near....
Here we are just a few weeks away from the end of
our school year! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your hard work this year, both students and parents!
Students, you have learned so much and been so successful, I am very proud of you all! Parents, you have been a great source
of support to your children as well as to the teachers and we all could not have done it without you!
As many of you know I will not be returning to
Saint Agnes next year, which is bitter sweet for me. While I am looking forward to being the best mother I can be to Gianna,
I will greatly miss teaching here. I will miss the faculty, the lessons, the parents, and most of all the STUDENTS! Working
with fresh young minds, with their enthusiasm and endless energy and easy joy was the reason I began teaching and the thing
that kept me going on the most challenging days and weary moments. Watching students I have had grow and go on to graduate
has always been a wonderful privledge that I will greatly miss. The smiles and enthusiastic greetings in the hallways and
classrooms always brightened my day!
I have had six wonderful years here at Saint Agnes.
I got engaged here (literally), got married while I was teaching here, and had my first child here. My students have been
a part of all my biggest moments and have made them all the more exciting for me! Many parents have shared in these moments
too, and I thank you for all of your words of encouragement and support.
I plan to visit and perhaps even subsitute or tutor if students have a need next
year, so I undoubtedly see you all here and there. I want to thank you once again and wish you a wonderful summer!
Fondly,
Mrs. Ladolcetta
